For this recipe you will need :
- 500 g of flour
- 100 g of unsalted butter Échiré
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 packet of yeast
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
Filling :
- 50 g of unsalted butter Échiré
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 60 g of sugar
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
- In a bowl, pour the yeast and add the flour, salt, sugar and egg; knead for 10 minutes.
- Add the softened butter and knead again for 10 minutes.
- Once the dough is well kneaded, place it covered under a towel for 1h30.
- In the meantime, the dough should have doubled in size.
Preparing the filling:
- Meanwhile, prepare the cinnamon mixture by mixing the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Once the filling is done, spread the dough on your work surface, forming a rectangle.
- Spread the cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of the rectangle.
- Roll the dough and cut the dough to form cinnamons.
- Arrange the cinnamon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth and put it back to rise between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 minutes.A delight!
