Recipe-cinnamon-with-cinnamon--torn

For this recipe you will need  :

  • 500 g of flour
  • 100 g of unsalted butter Échiré
  • 25 cl of milk
  • 2 packet of yeast
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg

Filling :

Preparation :

  1. In a saucepan, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
  2. In a bowl, pour the yeast and add the flour, salt, sugar and egg; knead for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the softened butter and knead again for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the dough is well kneaded, place it covered under a towel for 1h30.
  5. In the meantime, the dough should have doubled in size.

Preparing the filling:

  1. Meanwhile, prepare the cinnamon mixture by mixing the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Once the filling is done, spread the dough on your work surface, forming a rectangle.
  3. Spread the cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of the rectangle.
  4. Roll the dough and cut the dough to form cinnamons.
  5. Arrange the cinnamon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and put it back to rise between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  8. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25 minutes.A delight!
