Procédé :

  • In a saucepan bring to a boil milk, sugar and vanilla
  • Leave to brew up during 20 minutes to develop vanilla aromas
  • Stir the milk somtimes to avoid the development of “the milk skin”.
  • Put the gelatine in cold water during 15 minutes.
  • Warm up your milk. Be carefull,don’t boil it.
  • Put your preparation in individuals containers and leave cool during few hours.

with your Panna Cotta, you can add some red fruits coulis.
