Recipe :
- Echiré Milk : 500g
- Sugar : 40g
- Gelatine : 5g
- Vanilla extract : 3g
- Coconut
Procédé :
- In a saucepan bring to a boil milk, sugar and vanilla
- Leave to brew up during 20 minutes to develop vanilla aromas
- Stir the milk somtimes to avoid the development of “the milk skin”.
- Put the gelatine in cold water during 15 minutes.
- Warm up your milk. Be carefull,don’t boil it.
- Put your preparation in individuals containers and leave cool during few hours.
with your Panna Cotta, you can add some red fruits coulis.
