Preparation for the pastry :
- 8 cl of milk Excellence Échiré
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 150 g unsalted butter Échiré
Preparation of the pastry :
- 3 apples
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- In a bowl, add flour, salt and sugar.
- Incorporate the soft butter. Knead the dough using the plam of your hand.
- Slowly add the milk.
- Form a homogeneous ball of your pie and place it in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, wash and peel your apples.
- In a saucepan, add your apples to the simmering water until cooked through.
- Mix your cooked apples and add cinnamon or sugar according to your tastes.
- Spread your dough on your work surface. Place your mixture inside, in a middle.
- Close one end of your dough and fold it over the other. Use your fingers to make edges on your dough.
