Pour the recipe, you need :
- 40 cl of Échiré cream
- 150 g icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 of vanilla sugar
Preparation : (20 minutes)
- Separate the egg whites.
- Cut the vanilla bean in half and with a knife, scrape the inside of each half of the bean ro extract the vanilla. Stir ot into the egg yolks.
- Add the cream, vanilla, sugar and icing sugar.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Incorporate your whites into the preparation.
- Place your ice cream in the freeser for at least 4 hours.
