Pour the recipe, you need :

  • 40 cl of Échiré cream
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2 of vanilla sugar

Preparation : (20 minutes)

  1. Separate the egg whites.
  2. Cut the vanilla bean in half and with a knife, scrape the inside of each half of the bean ro extract the vanilla. Stir ot into the egg yolks.
  3. Add the cream, vanilla, sugar and icing sugar.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  5. Incorporate your whites into the preparation.
  6. Place your ice cream in the freeser for at least 4 hours.
