We attended the Sirha exhibition in Lyon from the 21st to 25th January 2017.
The exhibition hosts some of the most prestigious competitions in the world over the course of several days, including le Bocuse d’or, la Coupe de France de la Boulangerie, la Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, le Festival de la Créativité Gastronomique, the International Catering Cup, le Concours National des Fromagers and many others. Each winner goes home with an award renowned worldwide by professionals in the hospitality and catering industries.
