For this recipe, you will need :
Preparation of the pie :
- 250 g Échiré unsalted Échiré
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Water

- 1 kiloof plums
- 80 g of brown sugar
- 50 de unsalted butter Échiré
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation of the pie :
- In a bowl, incorporate the flour, the unsalted butter, the flour and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the pie with your fingers, adding a little water.
- Form a ball and wrap it in cling film. Let in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preparation of the filling :
- Clean the plums and cut them in half and remove the cores.
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
- Butter and flour your pie dish.
- Roll your pie and place it in a dish.
- Prick the pie with a fork, spinkle with brown sugar and put the plums.
- Bake your pie and cook for 45 minutes, watching the cooking : the fruits make juice which will caramelize with the sugar.
