For this recipe, you will need :

Preparation of the pie :

  • 250 g Échiré unsalted Échiré
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Water

  • 1 kiloof plums
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 50 de unsalted butter Échiré
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation of the pie :

  1. In a bowl, incorporate the flour, the unsalted butter, the flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the pie with your fingers, adding a little water.
  3. Form a ball and wrap it in cling film. Let in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preparation of the filling :

  1. Clean the plums and cut them in half and remove the cores.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Butter and flour your pie dish.
  4. Roll your pie and place it in a dish.
  5. Prick the pie with a fork, spinkle with brown sugar and put the plums.
  6. Bake your pie and cook for 45 minutes, watching the cooking : the fruits make juice which will caramelize with the sugar.
