For this recipe, you will need :
- 250 g of chocolate
- 75 g of flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 175 g of unsalted butter Échiré
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate and the butter.
- In a bowl, add the flour, eggs, baking powder and sugar then add the melted chocolate. Mix until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.
- Butter and flour your baking pan.
- Bake your cake for 15 minutes.
Tip : You can serve your cake with a vanilla cream.
