For the recipe : (about 10 waffles)
- 3 teaspoons of pesto
- 450 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 75 cl of Échiré Milk Excellence
- 3 eggs
Preparation : (10 minutes)
- Incorporate the milk, flour, baking pwder, eggs, and pesto sauce into a blender.
- Once mixed, you get a homogeneous waffle dough with a little green note of pesto.
- Let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
- Incorporate your dough in yhe waffle iron.
Tip : You can accompany your savory waffles with a few tomatoes, a few salas leaves, seasonad with vinegar.
