We attended the Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers in Tours on the 11th, 12th and 13th June.

This one of a kind show is a real hub for exchanging information on innovations and developments in this industry’s market. Le Concours Mondial du Meilleur Fromager was also held there and this year, for the very first time, a tasting evening open to the public was organised.
