This week, we received the new wooden barrel churn at the Échiré site. It is an important event that occurs every 10 years. It is important to choose the right wooden churn that will give this unique taste with hazelnut aromas to our butter. All the installation went well, we can now produce our butter of excellence, our Échiré butter.
