Today is a big day ! It’s official, the new store in Échiré is open!
What is this new store all about?
The new Atelier de l’Excellence store is a concept store. In partnership with the company B. Concept (interior architecture) and the communication agency Blue Com, the store was designed to transport visitors to the world of Echiré.
Two rooms are available to you, the store with a curiosity space which exposes the history, the producers, the stages of production and the Echiré products. In the second room, the workshop, which is a space equipped around the bakery-pastry shop. The workshops will begin at the beginning of 2023.
The exterior, on the garden side, has been designed for a space of relaxation and conviviality.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9am-12.30pm / 2pm-6pm
Thursday : 9.30am-12.30pm / 2pm-6pm
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
